New Patient Introduction

Your new patient introduction forms the first part of your journey to health at Angel Chiropractic.

This initial journey is split over two appointments.

 

Appointment 1 takes 45 minutes and your chiropractor will conduct:

  • A comprehensive consultation reviewing your existing health history with Brian Bamberger.

  • Extensive diagnostic testing where Brian will carry out a thorough Chiropractic, Orthopaedic and Neurological examination.

Appointment 2 takes 20 minutes. During this appointment, Brian will provide:

  • Diagnosis of the cause of your health concerns: Back Pain, Neck Pain, Joint Pain/Stiffness, Sciatica, Headaches, Migraines, Muscle Spasms, Osteoarthritis, Tension, Stress, Poor Posture.

  • A comprehensive health report during which Brian will walk you through and explain all the findings. (You can take this report home).

  • An action plan to get on top of your health and start living a healthy, restriction-free life.
