7 Tips for Glastonbury Wellbeing


Here are 7 simple tips by our chiropractor in London to help you get through the Glastonbury festival without it all going Pete Tong!



•Pack your rucksack carefully, don’t take the kitchen sink!

•Put your clothes in the sleeping bag ‘stuff sac’ and use as a pillow.

•Check the ground for stones before you pitch your tent.

•Sun tan lotion is essential even on overcast days.

•Alcohol dehydrates so keep drinking water.

•Wear a hat.

•Hand sanitiser is essential to prevent infection.
