The programme is ideal for anyone looking to lose weight, get fit, reduce the risk of cardiovascular disease and diabetes, people wanting to reduce their cholesterol or those looking for personal, confidential support and guidance on how to implement good eating habits. It is also great for athletes looking to fine tune their diet or those who train regularly and are wanting to tone or build muscle.

Regular sessions keep you motivated and 12 weeks provides enough time for you to integrate new dietary and lifestyle habits into your routine.
You will receive:
•Fortnightly sessions with your nutritional therapist - 7 in total
•Session one - 1 hour - introduction to the programme
•Session two - 1 hour - guidance on exercise, stress management and sleep improvement techniques
•Session three through to seven - 30 minute sessions
•Information, support and encouragement to implement change
•Body composition readings recorded and graphed at each session
•Detailed dietary advice and recipe ideas
